E was late to sprout teeth. Very late. And as a result, we were reluctant early on to serve him crunchy granola. I wanted to offer him an alternative, something delicious to eat on top of his granola, while also introducing a little fun sprinkling action. He loves it to this day.
GRANOLA SPRINKLE //
I usually make a big batch to store in the fridge. I've noted equal parts below, I typically do 1 tbsp per ingredient.
Ingredients:
Equal parts //
Shredded unsweetened coconut
Almond flour
Flax meal
Wheat bran
Hemp hearts
Almond flour
Flax meal
Wheat bran
Hemp hearts
Generous pinch of cinnamon
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Stir. Seal, shake, and store in the fridge.
